摘要
患者知情同意权不仅是医学伦理学的核心原则之一,更是关乎个体人权、尊严与福祉的重要体现。尊重患者的知情同意权不仅是良好医患沟通的基础,也是预防医疗纠纷、提升医疗质量和服务满意度的重要手段。本论文着眼于当前医学伦理学与医学实践紧密结合的背景,围绕患者知情同意权展开系统性研究,通过对其实质内涵、现行实践中的挑战与对策的深入剖析,旨在揭示其在保障患者自主权、推动医患关系和谐、提升医疗服务质量和促进医患关系和谐发展等方面的深远意义。
The patient’s right to informed consent is not only one of the core principles of medical ethics,but also an important embodiment of the human rights,dignity and well-being of the individual.Respecting patients’right to informed consent is not only the basis for good doctor-patient communication,but also an important means to prevent medical disputes and improve medical quality and service satisfaction.This paper focuses on the current close integration of medical ethics and medical practice,conducts a systematic study on patients’right to informed consent,and aims to reveal its far-reaching significance in protecting patients’autonomy,promoting the harmony of doctor-patient relationship,improving the quality of medical services and promoting the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship through an in-depth analysis of its substantive connotation,challenges and countermeasures in current practice.
