摘要
在“双碳”政策不断推进和人民生活质量持续攀升背景下,供热行业低碳转型和深化改革已成为迫切需要面对并解决的重大课题。本文以存在的实际问题为研究导向,深入剖析城镇供热领域的发展现状及其面临的主要挑战,提出一系列能够解决困扰政府、企业生存发展问题,促进行业转型升级的措施建议,从而推动城镇供热低碳转型,助力供热行业向安全、高效、节能、低碳、智慧化方向高质量发展。
In the context of the continuous advancement of the“Dual Carbon”policy and the increasing rise of the quality of life,the low-carbon transformation and deepening reform of the heating industry have become a major issue that is urgent to face and solve.This article takes the actual problems as the research orientation,deeply analyzes the development status and the main challenges of urban heating fields,and proposes a series of industry transformation and upgrading measures that can solve the problems that plague the government as well as enterprise survival and development,so as to promote low-carbon transformation of urban heating system and facilitate high-quality development of the heating industry towards the safe,efficient,energy-saving,low-carbon,and intelligent directions.
