基于遗传算法的前置仓生鲜电商即时配送派单研究

摘要 前置仓生鲜电商即时配送派单尤为重要。文章首先分析了配送派单特点,即骑手性质属于专送和配送时效要求高、骑手通常只服务于某个前置仓等,然后在此基础上建立了带有单边硬时间窗的派单模型,以完成所有配送任务总耗时最小为目标函数,以时间窗、不同骑手分配订单差距、骑手最大接单数为约束条件,采用遗传算法进行求解,并进行了实例分析,与模拟优化后的抢单模式进行对比分析,结果表明派单模式下运力分配更加平均、总耗时更少,此外,骑手的忠诚度更高。 Forward warehouse fresh food e-commerce instant delivery dispatch is particularly important.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of distribution dispatching,namely,the nature of the delivery rider belongs to the special delivery,the distribution time requirement is high,and the delivery rider usually only serves a certain pre-position warehouse,and the like.Then,on this basis,the paper establishes the dispatching model with a one-sided hard time window,and with the objective function of minimizing the total time consumed to complete all the distribution tasks,and with the constraints of the time window,the gap of the orders allocated by different riders,and the maximum number of riders to receive the orders,and genetic algorithms are used for the solution of this problem.And an example analysis is conducted to compare and analyze with the simulated optimized order-grabbing model,and the results show that the dispatch model has a more even distribution of capacity and less total time consumed,and in addition,the loyalty of the delivery riders is higher.
