农业机械中嵌入式系统设计与应用

摘要 随着农业机械智能化水平的不断提升,嵌入式系统的设计与应用成为提高农业生产效率和精度的重要手段。该文设计一种农业机械嵌入式系统,集成ZigBee无线通信技术、NB-IoT模块和MCU(微控制单元),可以实现对农业机械工作参数的实时监控与远程控制,通过嵌入式系统进行数据处理与电源管理,利用NB-IoT实现远程数据传输,保证系统的高效性、可扩展性和节能性。该系统显著提升农业机械生产的运行可靠性和环境控制能力,并为精准农业应用提供了参考框架,同时提出未来嵌入式系统在农业机械中应用的发展方向和优化建议,为智能农业机械的进一步发展奠定了基础。 With the continuous improvement of the level of intelligence of agricultural machinery,the design and application of embedded systems have become an important means to improve the efficiency and precision of agricultural production.In this paper,we design an agricultural machinery embedded system that integrates ZigBee wireless communication technology,NB-IoT module and MCU(microcontrol unit),which can realise real-time monitoring and remote control of the working parameters of the agricultural machinery,carry out data processing and power management through the embedded system,and realise remote data transmission by using NB-IoT to ensure the system’s high efficiency,scalability and energy saving.The system significantly improves the operational reliability and environmental control of agricultural machinery production and provides a reference framework for future precision agriculture applications,while proposing future development directions and optimisation suggestions for embedded system applications in agricultural machinery,laying a foundation for the further development of intelligent agricultural machinery.
