摘要
目的:研究半导体激光应用于前牙一次性根管治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择因牙髓炎需进行一次性根管治疗的前牙96颗,随机分为2组;研究组51颗患牙(根管数51个),用半导体激光深入根管照射后,iRoot SP单尖法充填;对照组45颗患牙(根管数45个),AH-plus根管糊剂热牙胶垂直加压充填。比较两组24~48 h术后疼痛情况,根管充填效果及1年后临床疗效。结果:术后24~48 h疼痛分级,研究组疼痛反应较轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组与对照组根充效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1年后临床疗效比较,研究组成功率98.1%,对照组成功率95.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:利用半导体激光快速杀菌特性辅助前牙一次性根管治疗,术后反应轻,操作简便,无毒副作用,是一种较为理想根管治疗辅助方法。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of semiconductor laser application in single-visit root canal treatment of anterior teeth.Methods:A total of 96 anterior teeth with pulpitis requiring single-visit root canal treatment were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The research group consisted of 51 teeth with 51 root canals,which were irradiated with semiconductor laser and filled with iRoot SP single-point method.The control group consisted of 45 teeth with 45 root canals,which were filled with AH-plus root canal paste and vertically compacted warm gutta-percha.The postoperative pain conditions of the two groups were compared within 24~48 hours,the filling effect of the root canals,and the one-year clinical efficacy.Results:The pain grading after operation within 24~48 hours showed that the pain reaction in the research group was lighter,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the root canal filling effect between the research group and the control group(P>0.05).The one-year clinical efficacy comparison showed that the success rate in the research group was 98.1%,while the success rate in the control group was 95.6%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using the rapid bactericidal characteristics of semiconductor laser to assist one-visit root canal treatment of anterior teeth can result in a light postoperative reaction,simple operation,no toxic side effects,and is a more ideal root canal treatment auxiliary method.
