摘要
“一带一路”倡议持续深入及中国——东盟合作日益加深的背景下,昆明作为面向南——东南亚的“窗口”,语言服务至关重要。通过对昆明市四个国家级旅游景区内的语言景观采取穷尽式搜集,发现多语种公示语侧重存在偏差;面向南亚东南亚辐射地区的语种标识较少,仅有的泰文标识处于弱势语言地位;同时泰文标识存在拼写不规范、用词错误等问题。发挥外语人才专业优势、加强职能部门监管工作、增加其他语种标识,可增强语言服务效能,助力昆明城市建设更加完善。
As the“One Belt and One Road”initiative continues to deepen and China-ASEAN cooperation deepens,Kunming serves as the“window”to South Asia and Southeast Asia,so language services are crucial.An exhaustive collection of language landscapes in four national tourist attractions in Kunming found that there are deviations in the focus of multilingual public signs;there are few language signs for South and Southeast Asia,and the only Thai signs are in a weak language status;at the same time,Thai signs have irregular spellings,word errors and other issues.Giving full play to the professional advantages of foreign language talents,strengthening the supervision of functional departments,and adding labels in other languages can enhance the effectiveness of Kunming’s language services and help Kunming’s urban construction become more complete.
