有机肥替代对中稻-再生稻产量及品质的影响

摘要 为了改善在温光资源不足两季的稻区中稻-再生稻优质高产的种植技术,采用微生物菌肥和蚯蚓粪肥两种有机肥和不同的施肥替代比例,研究有机肥替代对中稻-再生稻产量及品质的影响.结果表明适当的有机肥替代比例显著提高头季稻和再生稻的产量,微生物菌肥和蚯蚓粪肥均以替代比例30%时产量最高.品质方面,头季稻和再生稻稻米整精米率、总淀粉含量、胶稠度、食味值均随着两种有机肥替代比例的增加而增加,碱消值、直链淀粉含量随着两种有机肥替代比例的增加而降低.除加工品质和蛋白质含量以外,其他品质均以有机肥替代比例45%时最佳.虽然再生稻产量低于头季稻,品质优于头季稻,但不同有机肥替代处理对产量和品质的影响在两生长季中表现一致.综上,适当比例的微生物菌肥和蚯蚓粪肥替代化肥均可实现中稻-再生稻的产量和品质的协同提高. In order to improve the planting technology of high quality and yield of mid-season rice-ratooning rice in the rice cropping regions with less than two seasons of temperature and light resources,two kinds of organic fertilizers,microbial fertilizer and earthworm manure,and various substitution ratios were utilized to investigate the impact of organic fertilizer substitution on the yield and quality of mid-season rice-ratooning rice.The study shows that the appropriate substitution ratio of organic fertilizer significantly enhances the yield of first-season rice and ratooning rice.The highest yield is achieved when the substitution ratio of microbial fertilizer and earthworm manure is 30%.In terms of quality,the head rice rate,total starch content,gel consistency,and taste value of first-season rice and ratooning rice increase with the higher substitution ratio of two organic fertilizers.Conversely,the gelatinization temperature and amylose content decrease as the substitution ratio of the two organic fertilizers increases.In addition to the processing quality and protein content,the overall quality of rice is optimal when the replacement ratio is 45%.Although the yield of ratooning rice is lower than that of first-season rice,its quality is better than that of first-season rice.The effects of various organic fertilizer replacement treatments on yield and quality are consistent across the two growing seasons.In conclusion,the appropriate proportion of microbial fertilizer and earthworm manure instead of chemical fertilizer can achieve synergistic improvements in both yield and quality in mid-season rice-ratooning rice cultivation.
