摘要
基于工业企业含油金属屑环境风险较低的特点,遵循危险废物利用处置产业高质量发展、规范危险废物利用的理念,将特定环节的含油金属屑列为利用过程豁免管理的危险废物。为满足相应管理要求,以含油金属屑非定向利用为例,梳理其资源化利用过程中的问题和难点并提出豁免规范化管理的建议。
Based on the low environmental risk but large production of oily metal shavings in industrial enterprises,following the concept of high-quality development of hazardous waste utilization and disposal industry,and standardizing the utilization of hazardous waste,oil-bearing metal shavings are listed as hazardous waste exempted from management during the utilization process.In order to meet the management requirements under the new situation,taking the non directional utilization of oil-bearing metal shavings as an example,the problems and difficulties in its resource utilization process are sorted out,and suggestions for exemption from standardized management are proposed.
