摘要
目的:全面剖析1997-2023年《朝日新闻》中所建构的中医药形象,从而为中医药的国际化传播提供更翔实的话语证据和参考数据。方法:运用框架理论和语料库辅助话语分析方法,勾勒当前日本主流媒体对中医药的关注程度及认知态度。结果:《朝日新闻》中医药相关报道数量在这一时期内经历了相对稳定期、显著波动期、逐渐减少期三个阶段;相关报道对中医药总体持肯定态度,塑造一个既深植于丰富历史和文化传统中,又在现代医疗实践中显示出实用性和全球影响力的中医药形象。然而,这种认可伴随着对于中医药科学地位和影响力变化的深刻反思和忌惮。结论:中医药形象对外传播中尚存在一定的不足和偏颇,需进一步反思并优化中医药的国际传播策略。
Objective:To comprehensively analyze the image of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Asahi Shimbun from 1997 to 2023,so as to provide more detailed discourse evidence and reference data for the international publicity of TCM.Methods:Frame theory and corpus-assisted discourse analysis were used to outline the current Japanese mainstream media s attention and perceiving attitude towards TCM.Results:During this period,the number of reports on TCM in Asahi Shimbun experienced three stages:relative stable period,significant fluctuation and gradual decline.The related reports generally held a positive attitude towards TCM,shaping an image of TCM that is not only deeply rooted in rich historical and cultural traditions,but also shows practicality and global influence in modern medical practice.However,this recognition is accompanied by deep reflection and concerns of the changes in the status and influence of TCM science.Results:There are still certain deficiencies and biases existing in the overseas publicity of TCM image,and it is necessary to further rethink and optimize the international communication strategy of TCM.
