摘要
为探究钾肥对产量和品质的影响,以山东省鄄城县为试验地点,比较不同施肥方案对番茄产量和品质的影响。结论:15 kg氯化钾施肥条件下,番茄的产量和品质较高,其株高、茎粗、单果质量、单果长、单果宽、产量、增产率分别为128.38 cm,2.14cm,168.57 g,6.38 cm,4.57 cm,4 864.02 kg,35.49%。番茄红素、蛋白质、维生素C、可溶性糖、可滴定酸和可溶性固形物的质量分数分别为1.65 mg/hg,1.09 g/hg,23.36 mg/hg,3.99 g/hg,0.42 g/hg和5.9%。该研究结果可为番茄的科学施肥提供理论依据。
In order to investigate the effects of potassium fertilizer on Solanum lycopersicum yield and quality,Juancheng County was selected as the test site to compare the effects of different fertilization programs on Solanum lycopersicum yield and quality.Un-der the condition of 15 kg potassium chloride fertilization,the yield and quality of Solanum lycopersicum were higher,and the plant height,stem diameter,fruit weight,fruit length,fruit width,yield and increase rate were 128.38 cm,2.14 cm,168.57 g,6.38 cm,4.57 cm,4864.02 kg,35.49%,respectively.The mass fractions of lycopene,protein,Vitamin C,soluble sugar,titrable acid and soluble solid were 1.65 mg/hg,1.09 g/hg,23.36 mg/hg,3.99 g/hg,0.42 g/hg and 5.9%,respectively.The results can provide theoretical basis for scientific fertilization of Solanum lycopersicum.
