摘要
为契合新工科的基本要求,围绕三全育人格局,在分析新工科学生思政教育现状和特点基础上,梳理思政元素融合过程中“未能入心”“难以渗透”“一概而论”等问题。通过优化现有思政教育模式,解构十大育人元素,融育以学生发展需求为中心的多元协同机制,内化思政教育的内容,培养出既具备专业技能又具备高尚品德和深厚社会责任感的工科人才,从整体上提升工科大学生思想政治工作的水平和质量,为强国建设提供有力支撑。
In order to meet the basic requirements of the new engineering disciplines,based on the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of ideological and political education for new engineering students,this paper summarizes the problems in the process of integrating ideological and political elements in talents cultivation.By optimizing the existing ideological and political education model,deconstructing the ten elements of education,integrating diverse collaborative mechanisms centered on students’development needs,internalizing the content of ideological and political education,cultivating engineering talents who possess professional skills,noble character,and a strong sense of social responsibility,so that the overall level and quality of ideological and political work among engineering students can be improved,providing powerful support for the construction of a strong country.
