摘要
目的分析胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂对糖尿病患者胰岛素分泌的影响。方法选取2022年7月—2023年12月淮安市第五人民医院收治的76例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按治疗方法的不同分为研究组和对照组,各38例。对照组予达格列净口服治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予利拉鲁肽注射液皮下注射,比较两组血糖水平、胰岛功能、血脂水平、体重指数。结果治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甘油三酯水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组体重指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂可改善2型糖尿病患者血糖情况,降低体重指数和血脂水平,保障患者健康。
Objective To analyze the effects of glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists on insulin secretion in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 76 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Huai'an from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given oral treatment with dagaglipzin,and the study group was given subcutaneous injection with liraglutide injection on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose level,islet function,blood lipid level and body mass index of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting insulin and insulin resistance index in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the body mass index of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists can improve blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,reduce body mass index and lipid levels,and ensure the health of patients.
