摘要
目的分析将甲硝唑片联合二甲双胍应用在糖尿病并子宫内膜炎治疗中的治疗效果。方法回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年4月陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的114例糖尿病并子宫内膜炎患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,各57例。观察组采用甲硝唑片联合二甲双胍联合治疗,对照组采用甲硝唑片联合格列吡嗪治疗。比较两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、月经量、子宫内膜厚度及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组月经量低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论实施甲硝唑片联合二甲双胍治疗可显著改善糖尿病并子宫内膜炎患者的血糖水平,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of metronidazole tablets combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and endometritis.Methods The clinical data of 114 patients with diabetes mellitus and endometritis admitted to the 73 rd Army Group Military Hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,57 cases each.The observation group was treated with metronidazole tablets combined with metformin,and the control group was treated with metronidazole tablets combined with glipizide.The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,menstrual volume,endometrial thickness and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levles of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the endometrial thickness was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of metronidazole tablets combined with metformin can significantly improve the blood glucose level of patients with diabetes mellitus and endometritis and reduce the incidence of complications.
