摘要
党的二十届三中全会聚焦进一步全面深化改革,进一步解放和发展社会生产力、激发和增强社会活力,围绕构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制,对我国下一步深化经济体制改革作出战略部署。进入新时代以来,新一代信息技术蓬勃发展,新一轮科技革命和产业变革快速兴起,数字化转型已经成为改造提升传统产业,实现现代化产业体系建设的必然要求。在各界的积极参与和推动下,我国制造业数字化取得积极成效。但是在实施层面,如何进一步释放体制机制优势,完善转型政策举措,理清垂直行业数字化路径、促进要素价值充分释放、实现高效供需对接仍是实施制造业数字化转型的重点任务。
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee focused on further comprehensively deepening reform,liberating and developing social productivity,and stimulating and enhancing social vitality.It aims to build a high-level socialist market economy system and provides strategic deployment for the next steps in deepening economic system reform in China.Since the beginning of the new era,new-generation information technology has flourished,a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation has rapidly emerged.Digital transformation has become an inevitable requirement for upgrading traditional industries and building a modern industrial system.With active participation and promotion from all sectors,China’s manufacturing industry has made positive progress in digitalization.However,at the implementation level,how to further release the advantages of the system and mechanism,improve transformation policies and measures,clarify the vertical industry digitalization paths,promote the full release of element value,and achieve efficient supply-demand matching is still the key task of implementing the digital transformation of manufacturing industry.
