摘要
为促进马铃薯产业的绿色健康发展,研究沼液作为肥源代替化肥的可行性,以期为马铃薯绿色生产提供技术依据。试验以隆薯7号品种作为供试材料,自2021—2022年连续处理2年,研究追施不同浓度沼液对马铃薯产量、品质以及桃园土壤环境的影响。结果表明:连续2年采用沼液处理能够显著促进马铃薯生长,提高马铃薯产量和商品率,改善马铃薯商品品质,提升土壤肥力,并随着追施沼液浓度的增加先增加后降低,试验条件下以■浓度处理效果最佳。与CK处理相比,追施■浓度沼液处理(T3处理)的产量马铃薯单株结薯数、产量、商品率和产值分别增加了32.27%、53.13%、47.45%、102.50%,差异均达到显著水平;同时显著提高了马铃薯品质,其中干物质含量、淀粉含量、蛋白质含量、还原性糖含量和VC含量分别增加了17.34%、42.11%、22.54%、21.37%、13.74%,生物碱降低了29.39%;并显著增加了土壤有机质、速效氮磷钾和土壤酶活性。连续处理2年后,T3处理土壤有机质含量增加了71.56%,速效氮磷钾分别增加了62.20%、47.92%、29.21%,并显著提升土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性,且土壤重金属增量无不利影响。由此可见,合理浓度的沼液有利于提高马铃薯产量,改善品质,增加土壤肥力,可在甘肃定西马铃薯生产栽培中进行推广应用。
To promote the green and healthy development of the potato industry,the feasibility of using biogas slurry as a fertilizer source instead of chemical fertilizer was studied to provide a technical basis for the green production of potatoes.In this study,Long Potato No.7 was treated for two years,from 2021 to 2022,to study the effects of different concentrations of biogas slurry applied on potato yield,quality,and the soil environment in a peach orchard.The results revealed that two consecutive years of biogas slurry treatment could significantly promote potato growth,improve potato yield and the commodity rate,improve potato commodity quality,improve soil fertility,and,with the increasing of biogas slurry concentration increased first and then decreased.Under the experimental conditions with the concentration of V biogas slurry:V water=1:2 treatment effect had the best effect.Compared with those of the CK treatment,the number of potatoes formed per plant,yield,commodity rate,and the output value of the T3 treatment with V biogas slurry:V water=1:2 biogas slurry increased by 32.27%,53.13%,47.45%,and 102.50%,respectively,and the differences reached a significant level.The contents of dry matter,starch,protein,reducing sμgars,and vitamin C increased by 17.34%,42.11%,22.54%,21.37%,and 13.74%,respectively,and the content of alkaloids decreased by 29.39%.Moreover,soil organic matter,available nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium,and soil enzyme activities significantly increased.After two years of continuous treatment,the T3 treatment increased soil organic matter content by 71.56%;the available nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium contents increased by 62.20%,47.92%,and 29.21%,respectively,and significantly increased soil urease,phosphatase,catalase,and sucrase activities,and the increase in heavy metals in the soil had no adverse effects.In conclusion,a reasonable concentration of biogas slurry helps increase potato yield,improve quality,and increase soil fertility and can be popularized and applied in potato production an
