摘要
【目的】探究钨对水稻种子萌发和幼苗建成的影响,丰富钨对大宗农作物的毒性效应,为我国南方钨矿区周边水稻生产提供依据。【方法】采用培养皿滤纸萌发试验(7 d),以黄华占(渝审稻2011003)、湘早籼1号、南粳46三种不同水稻品种为材料,进行了不同钨浓度(0~1000 mg/L)暴露处理,分析了水稻发芽率/发芽势、苗高/根长、生物量等指标,并计算了其半抑制浓度。【结果】钨对三种水稻种子的发芽势有显著抑制作用,但却不影响最终的发芽率。在所研究的最低钨浓度(5 mg/L)时,即对幼苗根长有显著的(P<0.05)抑制作用,抑制强度随钨浓度升高而增强,且黄华占幼苗生长对钨的响应较其他两个水稻品种更敏感。钨对种子活力指数最高抑制率达88.3%,对生物量的最高抑制率达37%,进一步表明钨对水稻幼苗生长的阻碍作用。黄华占的耐性要低于湘早籼和南粳,苗高半抑制浓度分别为67、94和72 mg/L。【结论】钨虽然不影响水稻种子出芽率,却显著影响水稻幼苗建成,且不同品种对钨的耐受性有区别。本研究结果为土壤钨污染地区的水稻生产和品种选择提供了参考。
【Objective】Investigating the effects of tungsten on the germination and seedling establishment of rice seeds can enrich the understanding of tungsten s toxicity to major crops,and provide a basis for rice production around tungsten mining areas in southern China.【Method】A 7-day filter paper germination test in petri dishes was conducted using Huanghuazhan(Yu Shen Rice 2011003),Xiangzaoxian 1,and Nanjing 46 rice varieties under different tungsten concentrations(0~1000 mg/L).The germination rate,germination potential,seedling height,root length,and biomass were analyzed and the half-inhibitory concentration was calculated.【Result】Tungsten significantly inhibited the germination speed of the three rice varieties but did not affect the final germination rate.At the lowest tungsten concentration studied(5 mg/L),there was a significant inhibitory effect(P<0.05)on seedling root length,with the inhibition intensity increasing with higher tungsten concentrations.Huanghuazhan seedlings were more sensitive to tungsten compared to the other two rice varieties.Tungsten inhibited the seed vigor index by up to 88.3%and the biomass by up to 37%,further demonstrating its inhibitory effect on the growth of rice seedlings.Huanghuazhan showed lower tolerance to tungsten compared to Xiangzaoxian and Nanjing seedlings,with half-inhibitory concentrations of seedling height at 67,94,and 72 mg/L,respectively.【Conclusion】Tungsten does not affect the germination rate of rice seeds,but significantly inhibits the establishment of rice seedlings,and the tolerance of different rice varieties to tungsten is different.This study provide a reference for rice production and variety selection in tungsten-contaminated soil areas.
