摘要
总结介绍罗铨教授基于“阴火”理论论治复发性口疮的经验。“阴火”理论始于李东垣,是中医传统理论精粹之一,具有丰富的内涵及广泛的临床应用价值,罗铨教授十分推崇“阴火”学说,对其研究颇深,有其独到见解,认为阴火理论符合当代中医对复发性口疮的认识,并基于“阴火”理论具体内涵对复发性口疮的诊治进行理论发挥,经过多年的临证,结合现代患者群体多虚、多湿、多瘀(郁)的体质特点,总结出以“平、补、散、清”为主的四大治法,其中“补”为根本之法,“平”为核心之法,“散”为佐治之法,“清”为治标之法,临证四法互参,攻补兼施,平调气机,病证相合,灵活施治,为复发性口疮的中医辨治提供了新思路。
To summarize and introduce professor Luo Quan’s experience in treating recurrent aphthous ulcer based on Yin fire theory.The theory of Yin fire originated from Li Dongyuan.It is one of the quintessence of traditional Chinese medicine theory.It has rich connotation and wide clinical application value.Professor Luo Quan highly praised the theory of Yin fire and has deep research on it.He believes that the theory of Yin fire is in line with the understanding of contemporary Chinese medicine on recurrent aphthous ulcer,and gives theoretical play to the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer based on the specific connotation of the theory of Yin fire.After years of clinical experience,combined with the physical characteristics of modern patients with multiple asthenia,dampness and stasis(depression),this paper summarizes the four treatment methods focusing on“calming,tonifying,dispersing and clearing”,of which“tonifying”is the fundamental method,“calming”is the core method,“dispersing”is the auxiliary method,“clearing”is the palliative method,the four clinical methods are interactive,both attacking and supplementing are applied,the Qi regulating mechanism is balanced,the disease and syndrome are consistent,and the flexible treatment provides a new idea for the TCM differentiation and treatment of recurrent aphthous.
