摘要
随着我国航空出行需求的快速增长,在旅客量大幅增长的同时,行李运输量也迅速增长。而机场传统行李系统所使用的光学识别技术的分拣错误率较高,致使行李错运、行李漏运的情况多有发生,所以关于行李问题的旅客投诉频发。如何提供可靠的行李运输和分拣服务,实现行李位置的追踪,是航司、机场和旅客共同的需求。大兴机场通过应用RFID技术和高精度GPS技术,分别建设行李全流程跟踪系统和进港行李轨迹可视化系统,并打通航司、地服公司和机场的数据共享壁垒,实现行李位置信息的实时共享、精准定位、全程追踪和轨迹可视化。并通过持续的数据治理提升行李服务质量。最终,通过大兴机场官方APP、微信小程序和航显屏等服务渠道向旅客提供行李全流程跟踪和行李运输轨迹的查询服务。
With the rapid growth of China's air travel demand,while the number of passengers has increased significantly,the number of baggage transport has also increased rapidly.However,the sorting error rate of the optical identification technology used in the traditional baggage system of the airport is high,which leads to the occurrence of wrong baggage transportation and missing baggage transportation.Therefore,passenger complaints about baggage problems occur frequently.How to provide reliable baggage transportation and sorting services and realize the tracking of baggage location is the common demand of airlines,airports and passengers.Through the application of RFID technology and high-precision GPS technology,Daxing airport has respectively built the whole baggage process tracking system and the inbound baggage trajectory visualization system,and broken through the data sharing barriers of airlines,local service companies and the airport,so as to realize the real-time sharing of baggage location information,precise positioning,whole process tracking and trajectory visualization.We have improved the quality of baggage service through continuous data governance.Finally,with the help of the official app,WeChat applet,flight display screen and other service channels of Daxing airport,passengers will be provided with the whole baggage process tracking and baggage transportation trajectory query services.
