摘要
大力发展数字普惠金融,推动产业结构升级,是缩小城乡收入差距,实现全体人民共同富裕的重要路径之一。为了厘清数字普惠金融、产业结构升级与城乡收入差距之间的关系和作用方向,在构建理论模型和设定研究假说的基础上,选取了全国275个地级市的数据,运用面板固定效应模型和门槛效应模型进行了实证检验。固定效应模型结果显示,数字普惠金融发展、产业结构整体升级均能够显著收敛城乡收入差距;数字普惠金融能够通过促进产业结构升级,从而缩小城乡收入差距。门槛效应模型结果显示,产业结构升级在数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的收敛作用中具有单一门槛效应,数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的收敛作用会随着产业结构升级水平的提高逐渐加强。数字普惠金融发展水平、使用深度及其数字化程度在数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的收敛作用中具有双重门槛效应。当数字普惠金融发展水平,及其使用深度和数字化程度在跨越两个门槛值时,数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的收敛作用呈现出先增加后回落再增加的“N”型特征。
Vigorously developing digital inclusive finance and promoting industrial structure upgrading is one of the important paths to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas and achieve common prosperity for all people.In order to clarify the relationship and direction of action between digital inclusive finance,industrial structure upgrading,and urban-rural income gap,based on the construction of theoretical models and the setting of research hypotheses,data from 275 prefecture level cities across the country were selected and empirically tested using panel fixed effects model and threshold effect model.The results of the fixed effects model show that the development of digital inclusive finance and the overall upgrading of industrial structure can significantly converge the urban-rural income gap;Digital inclusive finance can narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas by promoting industrial structure upgrading.The threshold effect model results show that industrial structure upgrading has a single threshold effect in the convergence of digital inclusive finance on urban-rural income gap,and the convergence effect of digital inclusive finance on urban-rural income gap will gradually strengthen with the improvement of industrial structure upgrading level.The level of development,depth of use,and degree of digitization of digital inclusive finance have a dual threshold effect on the convergence effect of digital inclusive finance on the urbanrural income gap.When the level of development,depth of use,and degree of digitization of digital inclusive finance cross two threshold values,the convergence effect of digital inclusive finance on the urban-rural income gap shows an"N"shaped characteristic of first increasing,then falling,and then increasing again.
