摘要
穿心莲为中国传统中药材,应用历史悠久,对机体发挥了重要的调节作用,具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗病毒、心血管保护等多种药理活性,可作为治疗呼吸道感染、心脑血管疾病和肿瘤等病证的新型药物。近年来,随着对穿心莲属药用植物化学成分和药理作用的深入研究,以及新型药物制剂的研发,穿心莲内酯已成为国内外学者广泛关注的热点,其药理活性作用广泛。该文概述了近20年来国内外关于穿心莲内酯的药理作用研究进展,分别从传统的抗病毒、抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤、心血管保护和神经保护等方面作用,以及新开发的防治糖尿病、抗骨质疏松、避孕、减肥减脂等方面药理作用进行阐述,随着对其药理作用广泛开展讨论,将对穿心莲内酯类药物的研发起到积极的推动作用,为临床实际应用提供确切的理论支持,开阔了诊疗思路,并提出了进一步研究穿心莲的临床意义,希望扩展对传统中药材穿心莲资源的开发利用,为我国传统药用植物提取物穿心莲内酯的研究与应用奠定基础。
Chuanxinlian(Andrographis Herba)is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb with a long history of application and important regulatory effects on the body.It has various pharmacological activities including anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,immune modulation,antiviral,and cardiovascular protection,and can be used as a new type of drug for the treatment of respiratory tract infections,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and tumors.In recent years,with the in-depth research on the chemical components and pharmacological effects of the medicinal plants of the genus Andrographis Wall.and the development of new pharmaceutical formulations,andrographolide has become a hot topic among scholars at home and abroad,with a wide range of pharmacological activities.This article summarizes the research progress on the pharmacological effects of andrographolide in the past 20 years at home and abroad,including traditional antiviral,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,cardiovascular and neuroprotective effects,as well as the newly developed pharmacological effects such as prevention and treatment of diabetes,anti osteoporosis,contraception,weight loss and fat reduction.With extensive discussion and in-depth research on its pharmacological effects,it will greatly promote the research and development of new drugs of andrographolide,provide precise theoretical support for clinical applications,broaden diagnostic and therapeutic thinking,and propose the clinical significance of further research on andrographolide.It is hoped that the development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicinal material Chuanxinlian(Andrographis Herba)will be enhanced,providing a reference for the research and clinical translation of new preparations based on andrographolide.
