医疗物联网是物联网技术的重要应用,作为连接临床系统、计算系统和医疗传感器的生态系统,受到了广泛关注,旨在提高医疗服务质量。未来,基于5G的人工智能技术有望彻底改变人们对医疗保健的看法和生活方式。由于物联网平台和5G网络的重要性,识别可能破坏物联网系统完整性、隐私性和安全性的威胁变得愈发重要。研究表明,医疗物联网容易受到多种攻击,包括拒绝服务(DoS)、恶意软件和窃听攻击。尽管面临这些安全威胁,新的加密技术(如访问控制、身份验证和数据加密)仍然可以帮助提高医疗物联网设备的安全性和可靠性。
Medical Internet of Things is an important application of IoT technology.As an ecosystem connecting clinical systems,computing systems,and medical sensors,it has received widespread attention and aims to improve the quality of medical services.In the future,5G based artificial intelligence technology is expected to completely change people's views and lifestyles on healthcare.Due to the importance of IoT platforms and 5G networks,identifying threats that may compromise the integrity,privacy,and security of IoT systems has become increasingly important.Research has shown that the medical Internet of Things is vulnerable to various attacks,including denial of service(DoS),malware,and eavesdropping attacks.Despite facing these security threats,new encryption technologies such as access control,authentication,and data encryption can still help improve the security and reliability of medical IoT devices.
