摘要
在“北冰南移”理念引领下,中国高校的冰雪教学迎来新的发展机遇。这一战略旨在打破地域限制,普及冰雪运动至南方,提升全民参与度。2022北京冬奥会的成功举办,让冰雪运动成为全国热议的焦点,尤其在南方地区,其普及与推广更是显得尤为迫切和重要。大学生作为新时代的青年力量,他们对于冰雪运动的热情和参与度直接关系到“北冰南移”战略的实现。因此高校应积极响应国家号召,利用冬奥会契机,在校园内普及冰雪文化。通过开设冰雪运动相关课程、加强冰雪运动师资队伍建设等方式,构建完善的冰雪教学体系,为学生提供更多学习机会。同时整合南北教学资源,促进跨域合作,在结合南方气候特点和学生需求的基础上,探索适合南方的冰雪教学新模式,助力冰雪运动在南方广泛开展,为中国冰雪运动可持续发展培养技能与素养并重的优秀人才。
Under the guidance of the concept of "North ice moving south",the teaching of ice and snow in Chinese universities has ushered in new opportunities for development.This strategy aims to break the geographical restrictions,popularize ice and snow sports in southern regions,and increase the participation of all people.The successful holding of the2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games has made ice and snow sports become the focus of national hot discussion,especially in the southern regions,its popularization and promotion is particularly urgent and important.College students,as the youth power in the new era,their enthusiasm and participation in ice and snow sports are directly related to the realization of the strategy of "North ice moving south".Therefore,colleges and universities should actively respond to the call of the country and seize the opportunity of the Winter Olympics to popularize ice and snow culture within campuses.By offering courses related to ice and snow sports and strengthening the construction of ice and snow sports teachers,and other means,colleges and universities can establish a comprehensive ice and snow teaching system to provide more learning opportunities for students.At the same time,integrate teaching resources from the north and the south,promote cross-regional cooperation,explore a new model of ice and snow teaching suitable for the south on the basis of combining the climate characteristics of the south and the needs of students,help ice and snow sports be widely carried out in the south,and train outstanding talents with equal skills and literacy for the sustainable development of ice and snow sports in China.
