摘要
在经济新常态背景下,企业发展面临严峻的负面影响。纺织制造业企业在成本管理环节要建立全过程成本管理体系,从不同流程明确资源配置要求,促进各环节得到全方位控制,为企业实现发展的目标提供支持。基于此,文章对纺织制造业企业的全过程成本活动进行研究,探讨了各环节成本管理活动的要求,对企业在当前时代下实现对成本的科学控制以及管理提供必要保障。
Under the background of the new normal of economy,the development of enterprises is facing a severe negative impact.Textile manufacturing enterprises should establish a whole-process cost management system in the cost management link,clarify the resource allocation requirements from different processes,promote the all-round control of all links,and provide support for enterprises to achieve the goal of development.Based on this background,this paper studies the whole-process cost activities of textile manufacturing enterprises,discusses the requirements of cost management activities in each link,and provides the necessary guarantee for enterprises to realize the scientific control and management of costs in the current era.
