减肥类保健食品中酚酞、西布曲明基体标准物质的研制

摘要 介绍了减肥类保健食品中酚酞、西布曲明基体标准物质的研制过程。采用阴性加标的方式,向保健食品模拟基质中添加酚酞、西布曲明标准溶液,混匀后分装制成保健食品标准样品。采用高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱法对其中酚酞、西布曲明的含量进行检测,并对样品中酚酞、西布曲明含量的均匀性和稳定性进行评价,5家实验室协作定值,评估定值的不确定度。研制的减肥类保健食品中酚酞、西布曲明基体标准物质定值结果分别为(19.8±2.95)、(18.8±3.03)mg/kg,均匀性和稳定性良好。研制流程和结果符合基体标准物质定值的要求,该标准物质可用于相关基质样品检测的实验室内部质量控制。 The development process of phenolphthalein and sibutramine matrix reference materials of weight loss health foods was introduced.The standard solutions of phenolphthalein and sibutramine were added to the simulated matrix of health food by negative addition method.After mixing,the standard sample of health food was prepared.The contents of phenolphthalein and sibutramine were detected by high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry.The uniformity and stability of the contents of phenolphthalein and sibutramine in the samples were evaluated.Five laboratories cooperated to set the values and evaluated the uncertainty of the values.The certified values of phenolphthalein and sibutramine in the weight loss health food were(19.8±2.95)mg/kg and(18.8±3.03)mg/kg,respectively.The uniformity and stability were good.The development process and results meet the requirements of the certified value of the matrix reference material.The reference materials can be used for the internal quality control of the laboratory for the detection of related matrix samples.
