摘要
从职业教育视域出发,聚焦现代物流管理服务新需求,培养具有职业道德、职业素养、数智化思维、专业化知识与能力以及领导力,培养能够胜任现代物流产业相关工作岗位的复合型高素质技术技能人才。针对复合型高素质技术技能人才质量评价采用模糊评价法嵌套使用层次分析法,通过定性和定量相结合,为人才培养质量评价提供科学依据。
From the perspective of vocational education,modern logistics management majors cultivates the talents that have professional ethics,professional literacy,mathematical thinking,professional knowledge and abilities,and leadership,and cultivates composite high-quality technical and skilled talents who can be competent in modern logistics industry work positions in order to adapt to the new needs of modern logistics management services.For the quality evaluation of composite high-quality technical and skilled talents,we can use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method nested using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),which combines qualitative and quantitative methods to provide scientific basis for the quality evaluation of talent cultivation.
