摘要
为了优化ZL29滤棒成型机组的加速轮凸轮轮廓参数,对ZL29滤棒成型机组的加速轮结构进行了运动学分析。根据ZL29滤棒成型机组的加速原理和滤棒加速输送的工艺流程,确定了加速轮凸轮轮廓参数的条件设置,得出了确定加速轮凸轮轮廓参数的一种近似计算方法,确定了加速轮凸轮轮廓参数。以滤棒长度为100、120、132 mm为例进行近似计算,采用近似算法确定德国Hauni公司提供的加速凸轮轮廓参数。在近似算法的基础上,对Hauni公司给定的加速轮凸轮轮廓参数进行了优化,结果表明,优化后的加速轮凸轮轮廓速度匹配更加合理。该设计方法满足了滤棒成型机组的凸轮加速轮的自主研发设计。
In order to optimize the acceleration wheel cam contour parameters of ZL29 filter rod forming unit,this paper carries out kinematics analysis of the acceleration wheel structure of the ZL29 filter rod forming unit.Based on the acceleration principle of the ZL29 filter rod forming unit and the process flow of filter rod acceleration transportation,the conditions for setting the acceleration wheel cam contour parameters are determined.An approximate calculation method for determining the acceleration wheel cam contour parameters is obtained,and the acceleration wheel cam contour parameters are determined.Taking the filter rod lengths of 100,120 and 132 mm as examples for approximate calculations,approximate algorithms is used to determine the acceleration cam profile parameters provided by Hauni company.Further optimization is carried out on the contour parameters of the acceleration wheel cam given by Hauni company,and the results show that the optimized acceleration wheel cam contour speed matching is more reasonable.This design method meets the independent research and development design of the cam acceleration wheel of the filter rod forming unit.
