摘要
主要研究采用GB/T 9286—2021《色漆和清漆划格试验》在无机预涂板测试划格试验过程中的条件选择。调研国内外标准并结合实际试验,为无机预涂板测试划格试验寻找合适的试验条件。结果表明:无机预涂板涂层厚度宜采用显微镜法测试;当涂层厚度小于250μm时,划格间距宜选择3 mm;除去疏松涂膜的方法宜选择压敏胶带粘除。
This article mainly studies conditions for the grid test process of inorganic pre-coated boards using GB/T 9286—2021 Paints and varnishes—Cross-cut test.With domestic and foreign standards researched and combined with practical experiments,suitable test conditions were found for the grid test of inorganic pre-coated boards.The results showed that the coatings thickness of inorganic pre-coated boards should be tested using the microscope method.When the coatings are thinner than 250μm,the suitable grid spacing is 3 mm.Pressure-sensitive tape should be adopted to remove loose coatings.
