This paper discusses the key technologies and implementation strategies for the development of mold design and manufacturing automation system based on artificial intelligence.By integrating advanced machine learning algorithms and big data analysis,the system is able to significantly improve the accuracy of mold design and manufacturing efficiency.First,introduces the application background of artificial intelligence in the mold industry.Second,elaborates the system architecture,key technologies,data processing flow and the realization method of automated manufacturing.Last,the potential impact of the system on improving production efficiency and reducing cost is discussed.
