摘要
教材是工匠精神培养的主阵地,五年制高职物流管理专业工匠精神有其独特的内涵,主要体现在人文、理性和审美劳动精神上,物流管理专业教材融合工匠精神的呈现方式具有内隐性,呈现内容具有应用性,呈现系统具有离散性。根据这些特征,有针对性地进行物流管理专业教材融合工匠精神的实践探索:挖掘工匠精神,基于教材,在教师观念中“化隐为显”;其次,重构工匠精神,依托教材,在教学目标上“以实衬虚”,突显工匠精神价值引领;在教学设计中“以实衬虚”,注重工匠精神具体可感;在教学实施时“虚实相生”,搭建工匠精神教学框架;传承工匠精神,在专业实践中连点成面。
The craftsmanship spirit in logistics management has its humanistic,rational,and aesthetic labor spirit connotations.The presentation of the craftsmanship spirit in logistics management textbooks is implicit,the presentation content is practical,and the presentation system has discrete characteristics.To tap into the spirit of craftsmanship,based on textbooks,we should transform it into a visible concept in the minds of teachers.To reconstruct the spirit of craftsmanship,we need to rely on textbooks and highlight the value guidance of craftsmanship in teaching objectives.In teaching design,we should focus on the concrete and tangible aspects of craftsmanship,and in teaching implementation,we should build a teaching framework for the spirit of craftsmanship through the interplay of reality and virtuality.We should further inherit the spirit of craftsmanship,go beyond textbooks,and connect it in professional practice.
