摘要
针对当前船舶发电机组安装工艺耗时长、效率低的问题,提出一种新型船舶发电机组安装工艺。基于发电机组本体底座应处于同一平面的约束,对基座平面度测量及各弹性支撑压缩量求解,在吊装发机电组前就能直接计算得到调整垫块尺寸,对常规的安装工艺工序进行缩减与优化重组,并将新型工艺应用于实际安装现场。结果表明,相较于传统工艺,新型工艺安装工期缩短了58%,同时降低工人的技术经验要求。该工艺改进可为调整垫块安装的类似问题提供参考。
A new installation process for marine generator sets was proposed to address the problems of long time consumption and low efficiency in the current installation process.Based on the constraint that the base of the generator set should be in the same plane,the flatness measurement of the base and the calculation of the compression of each elastic support can directly determine the size of the adjustment pad before hoisting the generator set.The conventional installation process was reduced and optimized,and the new process was applied to the actual installation site.The results showed that compared to traditional processes,the installation period of the new process is shortened by 58%,while reducing the technical experience requirements for workers.This process improvement can provide a reference for similar issues related to the installation of adjustment shims.
