孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果及对PI3K/PKB通路的影响

摘要 目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的效果及对磷脂酸肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(PKB)通路的影响。方法:选取2020年6月—2024年2月徐州市儿童医院收治的CVA患儿92例,按照信封法分为对照组(n=45)、观察组(n=47)。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能、PI3K、PKB表达水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)均高于对照组,PI3K、PKB均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠治疗CVA的临床效果良好,可有效改善患儿肺功能,抑制PI3K/PKB通路活性,且安全性较好。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Montelukast Sodium on children with cough variant asthma(CVA)and its influence on phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(PKB)pathway.Method:A total of 92 children with CVA admitted to Xuzhou Children's Hospital from June 2020 to February 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=47)according to envelope method.The control group was treated with Budesonide,and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,PI3K and PKB expression levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)of observation group were higher than those of control group,and PI3K and PKB were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast Sodium has a good clinical effect in the treatment of CVA,which can effectively improve children's pulmonary function and inhibit PI3K/PKB pathway activity,and has good safety.
