摘要
目的:探究化瘀理筋针法在腰椎间盘突出症中的疗效及对患者疼痛、腰椎功能的影响。方法:将2021年12月—2024年1月宁德市中医院诊治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用化瘀理筋针法。比较两组治疗总有效率、疼痛情况[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、血清疼痛指标]及腰椎功能[日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、腰背伸肌群力学指标]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组疼痛及腰椎功能指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2、4周后观察组的VAS评分程度均显著优于对照组,血清疼痛指标及屈伸肌峰力矩比(F/E)均显著低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,峰力矩(PT)及平均功率(AP)均显著大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀理筋针法在腰椎间盘突出症中的疗效较好,可显著改善患者的疼痛及腰椎功能状态。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Huayu Lijin acupuncture method on lumbar disc protrusion and its influence on pain and lumbar function.Method:A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc protrusion diagnosed and treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Ningde from December 2021 to January 2024 were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received Huayu Lijin acupuncture method on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)and serum pain indexes]and lumbar function[Japanese orthopaedic association scores(JOA)and mechanical indexes of lumbar extensor muscle group]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pain and lumbar function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,VAS score degree of observation group were significantly better than those of control group,serum pain indexes and flexor/extensor(F/E)were significantly lower than those of control group,JOA scores were higher than those of control group,peak torque(PT)and average power(AP)were significantly larger than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Huayu Lijin acupuncture method in the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion is good,which can significantly improve the pain and lumbar function of patients.
