摘要
目的:分析关节镜下半月板切除术联合玻璃酸钠关节内注射在膝关节半月板损伤中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年12月—2024年1月阳江市中医医院运动医学科收治的106例膝关节半月板损伤患者作为观察对象,根据数字抽签分为观察组(n=55)与对照组(n=51),观察组采用关节镜下半月板切除术联合玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗,对照组采取关节镜下半月板切除术联合氯化钠关节内注射治疗。比较两组美国纽约特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分、炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]表达水平、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及并发症发生率。结果:治疗前,两组HSS膝关节评分、CRP、IL-6、VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1、2周,观察组HSS膝关节评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CRP、IL-6均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对膝关节半月板损伤患者实施关节镜下半月板切除术联合玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗可降低其炎症因子水平,缓解疼痛,减少并发症,促进膝关节功能恢复。
Objective:To analyze the application value of arthroscopic meniscectomy combined with intraarticular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in meniscus injury of knee joint.Method:A total of 106 patients with meniscus injury of knee joint admitted to the Sports Medicine Department of Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to January 2024 were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=51)according to numerical drawing.The observation group was treated with arthroscopic meniscectomy combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate.The control group was treated with arthroscopic meniscectomy combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium Chloride.The hospital for special surgery(HSS)knee joint score,expression levels of inflammatory factors[C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)],visual analogue scale(VAS)and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in HSS knee joint score,CRP,IL-6 and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,the HSS knee joint scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the VAS scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP and IL-6 in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic meniscectomy combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in patients with meniscus injury of knee joint can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,relieve pain,reduce complications,and promote the functional recovery of knee joint.
