摘要
原发性高血压作为一种常见的慢性疾病,其发病率正逐年上升,给我国公共卫生体系带来了巨大压力。因此,对原发性高血压患者进行长期、科学、系统的管理显得尤为重要。本文基于中医“治未病”理论从预防、治疗、康复、健康教育等多个方面,并针对原发性高血压疾病特点,提出中医药防治原发性高血压的策略。其主要划分为4个阶段:(1)未病养生,危险干预;(2)先兆辨治,防微杜渐;(3)病成调治,避其传变;(4)发而已变,防止病进。通过上述防治策略以期达到有效地降低居民原发性高血压发病率,提高控制率以及减少并发症发生的目的。
As a common chronic disease,the incidence of essential hypertension is increasing year by year,which has brought great pressure to China's public health system.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out long-term,scientific and systematic management of patients with essential hypertension.Based on the theory of"preventive treatment of disease"in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper puts forward the prevention and treatment strategy of traditional Chinese medicine for essential hypertension from prevention,treatment,rehabilitation,health education and other aspects,and in view of the characteristics of essential hypertension,which is mainly divided into four stages:①Health preservation before disease and interference with risk.②Diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and prevention of micro-duration.③Regulate and treat the disease to avoid its transmission and transformation.④Prevent the progression of the disease after occurrence and change.The above prevention and treatment strategies are aimed at effectively reducing the incidence of essential hypertension in the population,improving control rates and reducing the occurrence of complications.
