摘要
缺血性脑卒中是临床中发生率较高的疾病类型,主要是由于颅内血液循环障碍引发脑组织损伤。多数患者为急性发病,发病后临床症状表现多样化,例如半身不遂、言语障碍等。动脉自旋标记(Arterial Spin Labeling,ASL)是一种绝对定量灌注,通过射频脉冲标记动脉血的方式无创评估脑血流情况。ASL能够在短期内对患者进行重复评价,而且不会产生电离辐射,也不需要使用对比剂,安全性较高。近年来随着中医在临床中的应用与发展,针刺治疗作为中医的传统疗法,在缺血性脑卒中的治疗中取得了明显的进展,对患者脑血流动力学有一定的改善效果。因此,本文综述了磁共振ASL序列在针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中中的应用进展,分析了磁共振ASL技术的具体应用以及在针刺治疗中的指导效果,旨在为临床提供一定的参考。
Ischemic stroke is a type of disease with high incidence in clinic,which is mainly caused by brain tissue damage due to intracranial blood circulation disorder.Most patients have acute onset of the disease,and the clinical symptoms after the onset of the disease are diverse,such as hemiplegia and speech disorders.Arterial spin labeling(ASL)is an absolute quantitative perfusion,non-invasive assessment of cerebral blood flow by labelling arterial blood with radiofrequency pulses.ASL is able to repeat the evaluation of the patient within a short period of time,and does not produce ionising radiation nor require the use of contrast agents,which is safe.With the application and development of Chinese medicine in the clinic in recent years,acupuncture therapy,as a traditional therapy of Chinese medicine,has made significant progress in the treatment of ischaemic stroke,and it has a certain improvement effect on the cerebral haemodynamics of patients.Therefore,this paper reviews the progress of the application of magnetic resonance ASL sequences in the treatment of ischemic stroke by acupuncture,and analyses the specific application of magnetic resonance ASL technology and its guiding effect in acupuncture treatment,aiming to provide certain reference for the clinic.
