新型肝脏靶向性Gd-MRI对比剂的设计合成及其在分子影像诊断中的应用研究进展

摘要 目的:本综述旨在论述新型肝脏靶向性Gd-MRI对比剂的设计思路、合成方法及其在分子影像诊断中的应用研究进展,为提升肝脏疾病诊断的精确度提供科学依据。方法:通过文献检索和分析,全面概述了近年来在肝脏靶向性Gd-MRI对比剂领域取得的关键进展和研究动态,包括Gd-EOB-DTPA、Gd-DOTA类配合物等多种开链和环状配体磁共振对比剂的合成方法及其在肝脏显像中的应用效果。结果:新型肝脏靶向性Gd-MRI对比剂通过增强病变组织与正常肝组织之间的对比度,显著提升了对小肝癌的诊断灵敏度和准确度。结论:新型肝脏靶向性Gd-MRI对比剂在肝疾病成像中表现出广阔的应用前景。未来的研究应深入探讨如何增强这些对比剂的安全性、稳定性和靶向性,从而促进其在临床诊疗中的广泛应用。 Objective:This review aims to critically evaluate the innovative design concepts and synthetic strategies of novel liver-targeting Gd-MRI contrast agents in molecular imaging,with the goal of enhancing diagnostic accuracy for liver diseases.Methods:We conducted a comprehensive literature review to summarize the recent advancements and emerging trends in the synthesis of liver-specific Gd-based contrast agents, including Gd-EOB-DTPA, Gd-DOTA, and other open-chain and cyclic ligands, and their applications in hepatic imaging. Results: The use of these targeted contrast agents has shown a significant improvement in the detection of small liver cancers by enhancing the contrast between pathological and normal hepatic tissues. Conclusion: The novel liver-targeting Gd-MRI contrast agents exhibit promising application prospects in liver disease imaging. Future research should focus on optimizing their safety, stability and targeting efficiency to facilitate their widespread adoption in clinical practice and contribute to the improvement of diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
