摘要
目的了解江西省医学高校低年级医学生对HIV暴露前预防(PrEP)的知晓情况,探讨其影响因素,为制定有效的健康教育和预防策略提供参考。方法采用方便取样,于2023年7月抽取江西省7所医学高校的低年级医学生开展匿名线上问卷调查,分析对PrEP的知晓情况。使用logistic回归分析低年级医学生PrEP知晓情况的影响因素。结果共纳入2063人参加调查,PrEP知晓率为20.5%(422/2063)。多因素logistic回归显示,与PrEP知晓相关的因素包括较高年级(OR=0.695,95%CI:0.553~0.875,P<0.05)、生源地为城市(OR=1.307,95%CI:1.029~1.658,P=0.028)、知晓艾滋病相关知识(OR=8.281,95%CI:3.010~22.776,P<0.001)、对疾病与健康知识感兴趣(OR=3.017,95%CI:1.437~6.333,P=0.004)、曾在网络接受艾滋病或性健康知识宣传(OR=2.067,95%CI:1.123~3.806,P=0.020)、愿意拨打热线咨询性健康知识(OR=1.553,95%CI:1.056~2.285,P=0.025)、在担心被感染方面较不歧视艾滋病患者(OR=1.712,95%CI:1.110~2.638,P=0.015)。结论江西省医学高校低年级医学生的PrEP知晓率较低,年级、生源地、艾滋病相关知识知晓、对疾病与健康知识的兴趣、在网络接受艾滋病或性健康知识宣传、拨打热线咨询性健康知识意愿和在担心被感染方面不歧视艾滋病患者是PrEP知晓率的影响因素。
Objective To understand the awareness of HIV pre-exposure prevention(PrEP)among junior students in colleges and universities in Jiangxi province,and explore the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for developing effective health education and prevention strategies.Methods In July 2023,7 universities in Jiangxi province were selected for an anonymous online survey to analyze the PrEP awareness status.PrEP awareness-related factors were analyzed using logistic regression.Results A total of 2063 people were included in the survey,and the PrEP awareness rate was 20.5%(422/2063).The results of multivariate Logistic regression showed,factors associated with PrEP awareness included higher grades(OR=0.695,95%CI:0.553-0.875),from the origin city(OR=1.307,95%CI:1.029-1.658),knowledge about AIDS(OR=8.281,95%CI:3.010-22.776),interest in disease and health knowledge(OR=3.017,95%CI:1.437-6.333),previously received AIDS or sexual health knowledge online(OR=2.067,95%CI:1.123-3.806),willing to call the hotline to consult on sexual health knowledge(OR=1.553,95%CI:1.056-2.285),less discrimination against AIDS patients in fear of being infected(OR=1.712,95%CI:1.110-2.638).Conclusion The awareness rate of PrEP for lower grade medical students in Jiangxi province is low,grade,students,AIDS related knowledge,interest in disease and health knowledge,in the network to accept AIDS or sexual health knowledge propaganda,call hotline consulting sexual health knowledge and is not discriminate against AIDS patients with infection are the influencing factors of PrEP awareness.
