This paper introduces the principle of microwave transmission technology and the main types of microwave transmission,and focuses on analyzing the application of Synchronous Digital Hierarchy(SDH)microwave and Internet Protocol(IP)microwave transmission in the field of broadcasting and television with examples.It provides reference for the fusion application and innovative development of microwave transmission in radio and television industry.
