程控信号源在风洞同步测量的应用

摘要 风洞试验数据的时间相关性很强,不同参数间时序差别大导致多源数据无法综合利用,产生数据分析错误的严重后果。为解决风洞试验测量中哈德拜矿业公司(HudBay minerals incorporated,HBM)设备、美国国家仪器(national instruments,NI)有限公司设备和美国压力系统国际(pressure systems international,PSI)公司设备等设备间同步的问题,应用程控信号源进行同步触发测量设备,使不同设备测量的试验数据对时一致,应用多通道数据采集设备进行程控信号源上同一通道触发信号和不同通道触发信号的数据采集测试,测试结果达到20μs的时间精度,程控信号源在风洞同步测量的应用满足常规风洞试验同步要求。 The wind tunnel test data correlate well with timing,the large difference in time series between different parameters will lead to that multisource data can not be integrated and utilized,and thereby result in serious consequences for data analysis errors.To solve the problem of synchronization between measuring devices,such as HBM device,NI device and PSI device in wind tunnel test measurements,the programmable signal source is appied to synchronously trigger the measurement devices,so as to make the test data measured by different devices consistent in timing.Using multi-channel data acquisition equipment to test the data acquisition of the same channel triggered signals and different channel triggered signals on the programmable signal source.The test results achieve a time accuracy of 20,the wind tunnel synchronous measurement of programmable signal source meets the synchronization requirements of conventional wind tunnel tests.
