摘要
选取高家堡煤矿3407掘进工作面为研究对象,基于Fluent数值模拟,构建掘进巷道几何模型,进行网格独立性测试和现场模型验证,研究了通风条件和机械制冷条件对掘进巷道热环境降温的影响。数值模拟结果表明,通风条件下随着进风速度的增加,掘进巷道风流的温度逐渐降低;机械制冷条件下,空冷器可以降低送风温度,使掘进工作面温度大幅度降低,送风距离越小掘进巷道冷却性能越好,送风距离设置为15m时温度约为27℃。本研究致力于为工程掘进巷道温度预测提供参考。
The 3407 excavation working face of Gaojiapu Coal Mine was selected as the research object.The geometric model of the roadway was constructed using Fluent numerical simulation software,and the grid independence test results were verified with the field model,and the influence of ventilation and mechanical refrigeration conditions on the cooling of the thermal environment in the excavation roadway were explored.The results show that the temperature of the airflow in the excavation roadway decreases gradually with the increase of the inlet velocity under the ventilation conditions.Under the conditions of mechanical refrigeration,the air cooler can reduce the air supply temperature,so that the temperature of the heading face is greatly reduced.The smaller the air supply distance,the better the cooling performance of the roadway.When the air supply distance is set at 15 m,the temperature is about 27℃.Our study provide reference for the temperature prediction of engineering excavation roadway.
