摘要
目的:探究阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍在社区糖尿病患者糖代谢控制中的应用效果。方法:选取于北京航空航天大学医院(2021年1月—2022年12月)就诊的90例社区糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机为两组,即常规组和观察组,各45例。常规组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组在常规组基础上联合阿卡波糖治疗。对比两组不良反应发生情况、糖代谢水平及治疗效果。结果:两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P=0.049)。结论:阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗社区糖尿病的临床效果显著,能够降低血糖水平,且安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of acarbose combined with metformin in glucose metabolism control in community diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 90 diabetic patients in the community who were admitted to Beihang University Hospital(from January 2021 to December 2022)were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,namely the conventional group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with metformin and the observation group was treated with acarbose on the basis of the conventional group.The occurrence of adverse reaction,glucose metabolism level and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P=0.049).Conclusion:Acarbose combined with metformin has significant clinical effect in the treatment of diabetes mellitus in the community,and can reduce blood glucose level and has a high safety.
