基于课程考核成绩的公安院校学生核心能力生成路径研究

摘要 在分析当前学生评价工作存在主要问题的基础上,采取专家访谈和问卷调查相结合的方法构建3层、8因子的学生核心能力指标体系,研究分析各能力属性与25门核心必修课程之间的关系。依据规则空间模型建模过程对学生能力模式进行识别和归类,根据典型能力模式研究分析学生个体能力状态,可以给出学生能力生成规划路径,以期为高等院校科学开展学生评价、不断提高人才培养质量提供参考。 On the basis of analyzing the main problems in current student evaluation,a three-layer and 8-factor student core competency indicator system was constructed using a combination of expert interviews and questionnaire surveys.Based on the analysis of the relationship between various competency attributes and 25 core compulsory courses,student ability patterns were identified and classified according to the modeling process of rule space model,and the individual ability status of students is analyzed according to typical competency model.This paper proposes a planning path for student competency generation,in order to provide reference for scientific student evalu-ation and continuous improvement of talent cultivation quality in higher education institutions.
