摘要
【目的】以引汉济渭二期工程黄午隧洞20号支洞为依托,综合考虑隧洞断面、地质及地下水情况,研究适用于复杂地质条件的水工隧洞突涌水处理方案,保障隧洞施工安全。【方法】结合地质超前预报结果,对20号支洞穿越秦岭山前活动断裂带过程中发生的掌子面突涌水灾害,采用现场勘察、超前地质预报和工程分析等多种手段进行致灾机理及处理方案研究。【结果】结果表明,隧洞在穿越强富水性活动断裂带过程中极易发生突涌水灾害,且具有突发性强、出水量大、持续时间长、水量衰减缓慢等特点。【结论】活动断裂带通常节理裂隙发育、岩体破碎,在地下水发育的情况下,由于隧洞开挖对掌子面的扰动,极易在掌子面释放水压,从而诱发突涌水灾害。根据工程实际情况及突涌水灾害特点,研究确定了洞内抽排水、帷幕注浆、加强超前管棚支护的综合处理措施方案,并取得了良好效果。研究成果可为类似工程灾害治理提供参考。
[Purposes]Based on No.20 Branch tunnel of Huangwu Tunnel of Yinhan Jiwei Phase II Project,the water inrush treatment scheme suitable for complex geological conditions of hydraulic tunnel is studied to ensure the safety of tunnel construction.[Methods]Based on the results of geological advanced prediction,the disaster mechanism and treatment plan of the water inrush on the palm face of branch tunnel No.20 during its crossing of the Qinling fore-mountain active fault zone are studied by field investigation,geological advanced prediction and engineering analysis.[Findings]The results show that the water inrush disaster is easy to occur in the process of the tunnel crossing the strong water-rich active fault zone,and it has the characteristics of strong sudden occurrence,large water yield,long duration and slow water attenuation.[Conclusions]In active fault zones,joints and fissures are usually developed and rock mass is broken.In the case of groundwater development,water pressure is easily released on the palm surface due to the disturbance of tunnel excavation to the palm surface,which induces water inrush disaster.According to the actual situation of the project and the characteristics of water inrush disaster,the comprehensive treatment measures of drainage,curtain grouting and strengthening the support of advanced pipe shed are studied and determined,and good results are obtained.The research results of this paper can provide reference for disaster management of similar projects.
