摘要
师范生的培养关系着国家教育事业发展的未来,在建设教育强国的目标下,在坚持为党育人、为国育才方面,具有承前启后的关键性质。社会实践活动作为高等院校实践育人模式的核心构成部分,在培植大学生品德素养、提升其能力本领、锤炼其责任担当中发挥着重要作用。本文从团队层面探索在立德树人背景下增强高校师范生“三下乡”社会实践活动育人工作实效的方法和途径,以期为更好地增强师范院校“三下乡”社会实践育人工作提供一些思路与参考。
The training of normal universities and colleges students is related to the future development of the national education cause.Under the goal of building a strong education nation,it has the key nature of linking the past and the future in the aspect of cultivating talent for the Party and the State.Social practice,as the core component of the practical education model of colleges and universities,plays an important role in cultivating the moral quality of universities and colleges student,improving their ability and tempering their responsibility.This paper explores the methods and approaches to enhance the effectiveness of the"Bring scientific and literacy knowledge and offer medical service to rural areas"social practice activities of normal college students under the background of moral cultivation,in order to provide some ideas and references for better strengthening the"Bring scientific and literacy knowledge and offer medical service to rural areas"social practice education work in normal universities and colleges.
