酸性气体脱除装置变换气冷却器内漏原因分析及对策

摘要 酸性气体脱除装置低温甲醇洗工序运行过程中,净化合成气总硫含量连续超标,经分析变换气冷却器E-101内漏,壳程含硫化氢变换气泄漏至管程净化气中,导致净化合成气中总硫超标,影响了装置的长周期稳定运行。为了解决绕管式换热器泄漏问题,本文针对工艺流程和绕管式换热器制造缺陷等方面分析变换气冷却器内漏的原因。根据内漏原因对变换气冷却器进行改造,解决了净化合成气总硫含量连续超标的问题,同时取得了较好的环保和经济效益。 During the operation of the low-temperature methanol washing process of the acid gas removal unit,the total sulfur content of the purified synthetic gas continuously exceeded the standard.According to the analysis of internal leakage of the conversion gas cooler E-101,the conversion gas containing hydrogen sulfide in the shell leakes to the purification gas in the pipe,resulting in excessive total sulfur in the purified synthetic gas,which affects the long-term stable operation of the unit.In order to solve the problem of leakage of the tubular heat exchanger,the causes of leakage in the the conversion gas cooler from the aspects of process flow and manufacturing defects of the tubular heat exchanger are analyzed.In view of the internal leakage,the conversion gas cooler is reformed to solve the problem that the total sulfur content of purified synthetic gas exceeded the standard continuously,and at the same time,good environmental protection and economic benefits are obtained.
