新一代智能计量周转柜对计量设备管理效率的提升研究

摘要 文章研究致力于探究集成了尖端自动化识别技术与智能化库存控制策略的新一代智能计量周转柜系统,目标在于挖掘其对计量设备管理效率潜在的正面影响。研究旨在达成设备的即时无误追踪、库存结构的最优化配置以及预见性维护体系的建立,为此构建了一套高度自动化的计量设备管理系统。 This article is committed to exploring the new generation of intelligent metering turnover cabinet system,which integrates cutting-edge automatic identification technology and intelligent inventory control strategy,and the goal is to explore its potential positive impact on the management efficiency of metering equipment.The research aims to achieve the immediate tracking of equipment,the optimal configuration of inventory structure and the establishment of the predictive maintenance system,so a highly automated metering equipment management system is constructed.The core innovation of the system is the use of RFID technology to ensure the immediate identification and accurate positioning of the equipment,and the integration of artificial intelligence algorithms to estimate the future use demand,dynamically control the inventory,and effectively prevent the inventory backlog and shortage problems.The research shows that the new system improves the management efficiency:the equipment identification rate is five times faster than the traditional means,thanks to the adoption of RFID technology,the maintenance cost is reduced by 20%;with the help of AI algorithm,the inventory turnover is increased by 30%,and the shortage is strictly controlled below 1%,ensuring the continuous supply of important equipment.
