植物与立枯丝核菌的互作机理

摘要 立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kühn)引起的严重病害是作物生产的一个重要威胁。本文介绍了立枯丝核菌的遗传学、病原生物学、致病机制和控制方法;阐述了植物对立枯丝核菌的防御反应,包括物理和化学防御机制、细胞表面受体、胞内受体介导的免疫反应和抗性激素介导的防御;总结了当前植物与立枯丝核菌互作的研究方法,展望了未来研究方向;旨在为进一步理解植物与立枯丝核菌之间的互作机理提供科学参考。 The disease caused by Rhizoctonia solani(R.solani)is a serious threat to crop production.This review focuses on the recent progress on the interaction mechanism between R.solani and plants.It first describes the genetics,pathogenic biology,pathogenesis,and then elaborates the defense response of plants to R.solani,including physical and chemical defense mechanisms,cell surface receptors and intracellular receptors mediated immune response,and resistance hormone mediated defense.In addition,it summarizes current research methods and proposes future research directions.The paper can provide theoretical basis for further revealing the interaction mechanism between plants and R.solani.
