摘要
分析玻璃酸钠联合非甾体抗炎药的应用价值。选取2021年1月—2023年6月108例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各54例。对照组单用非甾体抗炎药治疗,观察组采用注射玻璃酸钠联合非甾体抗炎药治疗。比较两组患者疗效、不良反应发生情况的差异,以及治疗前后炎症因子水平、疼痛评分、膝关节功能评分变化。研究结果表明,观察组疗效更显著,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组炎症因子水平、疼痛评分、膝关节功能评分等相关指标表现更优,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,玻璃酸钠联合非甾体抗炎药的疗效与安全性高,能够有效减轻机体炎症反应,缓解患者的疼痛症状,改善其膝关节功能,可推广使用。
Analyze the application value of sodium hyaluronate combined with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.Selecting 108 patients with knee osteoarthritis from January 2021 to June 2023 as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs alone,while the observation group was treated with injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.Compare the differences in efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients,as well as changes in inflammatory cytokine levels,pain scores,and knee joint function scores before and after treatment.The results showed that the observation group had a more significant therapeutic effect,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the observation group showed better performance in related indicators such as inflammatory cytokine levels,pain scores,and knee joint function scores,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients.Research has found that the combination of sodium hyaluronate and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs has high efficacy and safety,can effectively reduce the body’s inflammatory response,alleviate patients’pain symptoms,improve their knee joint function,and can be promoted for use.
