摘要
结合某废水处理工厂实际情况分析问题,通过更换阳极、阴极材料,更改反应器结构,增设pH值控制系统和溶解氧控制系统等方法优化微生物电化学技术在化工废水处理中运用效果。结果显示,改造的微生物电化学系统在处理化工废水的效率和能耗方面均表现出显著优势,其对有机污染物去除率提高至92%,重金属去除率达到95%,氨氮去除率提升至87%,能耗降低至2.2 kW·h/m^(3)。微生物电化学技术的升级改造更符合资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设需求。
Combined with the actual situation of a wastewater treatment plant,the application effect of microbial electrochemical technology in chemical wastewater treatment is optimized by replacing anode and cathode materials,changing the reactor structure,and adding pH value control system and dissolved oxygen control system.The results show that the modified microbial electrochemical system shows significant advantages in the efficiency and energy consumption of chemical wastewater,and its removal rate of organic pollutants is increased to 92%,heavy metal removal rate is increased to 95%,ammonia nitrogen removal rate is increased to 87%,and energy consumption is reduced to 2.2 kW·h/m^(3).The upgrading and transformation of microbial electrochemical technology is more in line with the needs of resource-saving and environment-friendly social construction.
