摘要
为明确苦荞与马铃薯间作对苦荞生长及产量形成的影响,本试验设置了苦荞单作、苦荞-马铃薯2∶1间作、苦荞-马铃薯1∶1间作3个处理,研究了间作对苦荞植物学性状、叶片抗氧化酶、光合特征以及产量的影响。苦荞进入灌浆期之后,间作对苦荞的生长有促进作用,株高和主茎节数均高于单作,以苦荞-马铃薯2∶1间作最高,达到96.20 cm及14节;苦荞叶片SOD酶活性灌浆期之后间作高于单作,单作下苦荞POD活性保持较高水平,单作下苦荞MDA在花期之后大幅积累,从花期的0.79μmol/g增加至灌浆期的4.17μmol/g,叶绿素和光合速率也有相同的趋势,单作下苗期和花期高于间作,但花期到灌浆期下降较快,叶绿素含量从1.47 mg/g下降至0.80 mg/g,净光合速率从12.63μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)下降到0.64μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),低于间作;苦荞单作下单株粒数为221.33粒,大于间作,但是间作下苦荞的单株粒重、千粒重和产量均高于单作,苦荞-马铃薯1∶1和2∶1间作下每公顷的产量分别比苦荞单作高151.29 kg、176.13 kg,苦荞-马铃薯2∶1间作和1∶1间作苦荞产量无显著差异。苦荞-马铃薯间作能够促进苦荞生长、延缓苦荞衰老、提高光合速率、增加籽粒重量,达到增产的效果。本研究期望为苦荞产量提供部分研究技术。

The effects of intercropping on the botanical characters, leaf antioxidant enzymes, photosynthetic characteristics and yield of tartary buckwheat were studied. After tartary buckwheat entered the grain filling stage, intercropping promoted the growth of tartary buckwheat. The plant height and number of main stem nodes were higher than that of monoculture, and the highest was 96.20 cm and 14 nodes with tartary buckwheat and potato at 2 ∶1 intercropping.The activity of SOD enzyme in tartary buckwheat leaves after grain filling stage was higher in intercropping than in monoculture. The POD activity of tartary buckwheat leaves remained at a higher level under monoculture, and MDA increased significantly after flowering stage under monoculture, from 0.79 μmol/g at flowering stage to 4.17 μmol/g at grain filling stage. The chlorophyll and photosynthetic rates also showed the same trend, being higher during the seedling and flowering stages under monoculture but decreasing rapidly from the flowering to the grain-filling stages. The chlorophyll content decreased from 1.47 mg/g to 0.80 mg/g, and the net photosynthetic rate decreased from 12.63 μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1) to 0.64 μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1) under monoculture, which were lower than those under intercropping.
